We truly enjoyed our 4-night stay at this nice and excellent hotel. The location was excellent, right in the middle of Jackson. It was convenient being close to stores, downtown, great restaurants, and the electrical outlet.

The rooms here are spacious and come equipped with a dishwasher, fold-out couch, and a coffee maker.

The hotel is clean and excellent. the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. - the rooms are reasonably large and affordable. - the rooms come with a coffee pot and necessary amenities for cooking. - I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

The rooms here are pet-friendly and have a fresh vibe, featuring a spacious king-sized bed and even a handy dishwasher 🐾. The atmosphere is cozy and peaceful, conveniently located near some nice dining spots and easily accessible electrical outlets in a safe neighborhood.

All the staff were courteous, accommodating.

The room was clean and adequate with a nice bathroom. The hotel is in a marvelous and convenient location in a nice area, close to great restaurants, stores, and downtown. It's only a 5-minute walk from Beef and Boards.

Fairly clean hotel with courteous and knowledgeable staff and favourable location very close to the stadium and stores and downtown and the electrical outlet. Outstanding rooms with 1 bed for property guests. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Nice overall experience.

The rooms here are nice and come with all the basic stuff you need; the location is awesome and easy to get around.

The room was adequate and fine with sofa bed, a dishwasher plus a coffee pot, had everything we wanted.

Our stay was a great experience. Thoroughly enjoyed this clean and perfectly fine place. Understanding staff and cheap rooms. The hotel had a great and comfy position, to the electrical outlet. It was also just off stores and downtown, restaurants, and Indianapolis.

That the location was near Pike High School and IUPUI.

The first room we were checked in was never cleaned. Blood stains and wadded up sheets on beds. The second room was not much cleaner. Moldy showers, stains on carpeting, white socks turned black if we walked across carpet without our shoes on, sticky linoleum floors, and dirty greasy kitchen. We booked the unit with the understanding the kitchen would be equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc necessary for cooking and there was none. When we asked we were told no more were available and there was nothing they could do about it. When pressed further they promised we would receive some the following day but nothing was still available and our further requests were ignored. We had to go out and buy our own kitchen supplies. Very disappointed and staff did not care. In elevators rude sexual comments were written on boards. Both my husband and myself on seperate occasions asked to speak with the manager and were told he would be in touch, but we never heard back from them. Needless to stay we will never stay here again!!!!

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and they took care of the parking. The location is wonderful, surrounded by excellent restaurants. The hotel is conveniently situated near stores, downtown Indianapolis, and the stadium.

We were called enroute and changed to another location because of a water main break. Upon leaving the airport location we were billed (and charged) for the original location.
